Tony Horton, P90 Creator and Fitness Guru

Fitness guru and P90X creator Tony Horton is known for his wisdom on weight loss and workouts. He’s the author of “Bring It!: The Revolutionary Fitness Plan for All Levels That Burns Fat, Builds Muscle, and Shred Inches” (click for details) and developer of “Tony Horton’s P90X3 Base Kit – DVD Workout.”

An advocate for living a healthy lifestyle, he says his top five superfood favorites include: Moringa powder, blueberries, spinach, chia seeds and maca.

He appeared on the Dr. Oz show, as reported in the Examiner, and revealed his three rules for weight loss:

  • Choose Foods With Only 1 Ingredient: Unprocessed foods win for weight loss.
  • Eat Dirty Snacks: Translation: cheat on your snacks with junk food, aiming for 90 percent healthy foods, 10 percent “dirty” snacks.
  • “Re-Shake” to Reshape Your Body (see recipe below): For one meal each day, substitute the power shake.

Tony also has become known for his wisdom in living a healthy life, detailed in his newest book “The Big Picture: 11 Laws That Will Change Your Life.”
