Fitness guru and P90X creator Tony Horton is known for his wisdom on weight loss and workouts. He appeared on the Dr. Oz show, as reported in the Examiner, and revealed his three rules for weight loss:

- Eat Dirty Snacks: Translation: cheat on your snacks with junk food, aiming for 90 percent healthy foods, 10 percent “dirty” snacks.
