When you’ve got the munchies on your low carb diet, a protein bar just might satisfy your hunger and taste buds. But be careful when you choose that bar. Dr. Mehmet Oz revealed his recommendations for the best protein bars on his August 4 talk show.
Dr. Oz said to choose bars that are low in sugar and high in protein (a minimum of 10 grams). He suggests looking for bars with lots of fiber as well. Some examples of bars that fill Dr. Oz’s requirements are:
